Cooling Juice Drink ‘Tinto de Verano’

‘Tinto de Verano’

You can just imagine holding this drink in a frosted glass, sitting on your balcony looking over the blue Mediterranean from your Spanish holiday villa.

It’s refreshing, cooling, light, and very enjoyable. The contrasting tastes of Rioja and red vermouth, along with the delicate sweetness of lemonade (preferably homemade), make this the perfect start to your evening or enjoy it at the end of the day.

Vital statistics

You’ll have noticed that there are no measurements in this recipe, and there’s not much to say about its nutritional value, but some things are just there to be enjoyed and this is one of them. You can salve your conscience by thinking about all the heart benefits of drinking a couple of glasses of red wine a day, so four glasses of this will do you much more good than harm – as long as you don’t use too much ice or drive.
