Vital statistics

As well as the carotenoids you’d expect from fruit the colour of pawpaws, there’s a special benefit to be gained from the digestive enzyme papain, which they also contain. This improves the efficiency of digestion and helps ensure that the maximum nutritional benefit is extracted from the food you eat. The ground ginger is a surprising immune-booster as the gingerols in this extraordinary root will help “ginger up” your entire system.
