Mixing sweet pawpaws with vegetable juice may sound a bit strange, but there’s nothing odd about the finished smoothie.
Here you’ve got all the benefits to your immune system from some of the healthiest of fruits, the nutrients in the mixed vegetable juice, the spiciness ofand the creamy smoothness of a good, live, natural yoghurt – all this and improved resistance, too.
150ml or 5fl oz vegetable juice
150ml or 5fl oz apple juice
1 tsp ground ginger
50ml or 2fl oz plain live yoghurt
1. Peel and de-seed the pawpaws.
2. Put all the ingredients into aor food processor and whizz until smooth.
