Healthy Drink Recipe Boozy Raspberries
It’s hard to believe that anything tasting this good can be so healthy. But trust me: it’s true. Summer or winter, this smoothie will give your immune system a massive boost, and it’s just as nice and effective made with frozen fruit.
If you are using frozen raspberries, let them thaw a bit so they’re just softening before you whizz them. Vitamin C and other protective nutrients in the raspberries are complemented by the beneficial bacteria in the live yoghurt.
The vibrant colour from the blackcurrant liqueur makes it look as good as it tastes.
75g or about 3oz raspberries
350ml or 12fl oz plain live yoghurt
2 tbsp blackcurrant liqueur
1. Put all the ingredients into aor food processor and whizz until smooth.
2. Serve chilled.
