Juice Cures

This page lists in alphabetical order some of the most common complaints and their recommended juice recipes. It is generally agreed that you need to drink at least one pint per day of your chosen juice for a number of weeks to effect a change. (The following list of ailments and juice recommendations is only a guide and shouldn’t be regarded as a cure-all.
