Juicing Recipe for Apricot and Passion-Fruit
and Passion-fruit Royale
This satisfying and filling ‘slimming’ drink is a great start to the day as part of any weight-loss regime. 2 passion fruits
400ml or 14fl oz soya milk
1. Scoop the pulp from the passion fruits and press through a sieve to remove the pips. Reserve some of the pips.
2. Peel and stone the apricots.
3. Put the fruit into awith the soya milk.
4. Whizz until smooth.
5. Serve with the reserved pips floating on top.
